Problem: The preferences, mails etc. from version 0.6-pre don't show up in version 0.7.
Reason: Version 0.6-pre shared its base profile folder with (Mozilla and) Netscape 6. This caused major problems, from resetted preferences to a completely disfunctional user interface. Thus, version 0.7-dev and following versions will use a base profile folder specific to Beonex. However, no import routines for the old profiles have been written.
Workaround:
to import your old profile manually, copy the contents of the old profile folder (on your harddisk) to the new one (automatically created).
Then, delete localstore.rdf and the sub-folder chrome.
Problem: No Back and Forward buttons in Navigator, no Get Messages and Reply buttons in Mailnews.
Reason: In 0.6-pre, you used a custom Theme (Skin), which is not compatible with 0.7.
Workaround: Change the Theme to Modern or Classic, e.g. via Edit|Preferences|Appearance|Themes|Modern|Apply Modern|OK.
